Here at UCC, we are dedicated to supporting our students' holistic development and well-being. Our Guidance & Counseling Office provides compassionate guidance and resources to assist students in navigating personal, academic, and career challenges. Additionally, our Discipline Office promotes a positive and inclusive campus environment by upholding standards of behavior and fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Together, these offices work collaboratively to empower students to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially, equipping them with the skills and resilience needed to succeed both during their time at UCC and beyond.

The Guidance and Counseling Office is committed to facilitating and promoting the holistic formation of students. Through various activities, experiences, and services rooted in their dedication to serving God, the office assists students in acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed choices and develop essential life plans.

The UCC Guidance staff is committed to proactive collaboration with students, parents, colleagues and administrators to focus on a shared vision, with God as our source of strength and inspiration. The office is dedicated to providing full assistance to the students and focusing on fulfilling their needs to develop proper values and enhance their abilities that will lead to their optimum growth.

Discipline Office
The UCC Discipline Office is dedicated to upholding and promoting a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Grounded in the values of integrity and accountability, the office endeavors to instill discipline among students while fostering a culture of responsibility and mutual respect. Through proactive measures, interventions, and educational initiatives, the Discipline Office aims to cultivate a positive and harmonious campus community where all members can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Mission
 
To instill Christian Values, reverence, and discipline towards the holistic development of the Unida Christian Colleges students in achieving positive interpersonal relationships within the school and community.

Vision
To be the frontrunner in developing codes of discipline necessary for the total development of student’s, Christian Values, Reverence, and Discipline to become responsible and accountable individuals in the community.
